At Anklets Jewellery Making, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags and protective films are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5 business days.
